Music Library License Terms

A. License overview

Last Play Music Library provides royalty-free music for creator projects under track-specific license terms. A license certificate is generated before free MP3 download.

B. Free Creator License

The Free Creator License allows permitted creator use with attribution and license proof. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, publishing rights, master rights, or Content ID rights.

C. License duration

Free Creator License is valid for 2 years from the date of download. Content published during a valid license period remains permitted under the license terms active at the time of download, provided the user keeps valid license proof. Future use after expiry may require renewal or a paid license.

D. Allowed uses

• YouTube videos
• YouTube Shorts
• Instagram Reels
• TikTok videos
• Facebook videos
• Podcasts
• Livestreams
• Websites
• Client/social media videos if allowed by the free license

E. Attribution requirement

Attribution is required for the Free Creator License unless the track page or a paid license states otherwise. Use the attribution text shown on the track page and certificate.

F. Prohibited uses

• Uploading the music as a standalone release
• Distributing the music to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, JioSaavn, etc. as user’s own track
• Registering the track with Content ID or fingerprinting systems
• Selling/reselling the track
• Claiming ownership/copyright
• Using it in music packs/templates for resale
• Reuploading to “no copyright music” channels as standalone audio
• Using it to train AI models unless explicitly allowed
• Using it for illegal, hateful, adult, scam, or misleading content

G. Content ID and future rights-management notice

Tracks in Last Play Music Library are not registered with YouTube Content ID by Last Play Records at the time of release unless clearly stated on the track page. Future rights-management protection may be enabled for selected tracks to protect against theft, resale, false ownership claims, or unauthorized redistribution. Valid licensed uses remain permitted under the license terms active at the time of download, provided the user keeps license proof.

Music Library Content ID policy is separate from Last Play Distro distribution plan Content ID features.

H. AI-assisted music disclosure

Some tracks may be AI-assisted and human-edited, mixed, or mastered by Last Play Records. AI-assisted status must be shown clearly on the track page when applicable.

I. Third-party claims

License proof helps show authorized use, but it does not guarantee that third-party platforms will never make mistakes or that unrelated third parties will never file false or mistaken claims.

J. No standalone redistribution

You may not redistribute, publish, sell, upload, or share the music as standalone audio, as a competing library item, or as part of a resale music pack/template.

K. No ownership transfer

The license grants usage rights only. Ownership and copyright remain with the applicable Last Play Records / Last Play Distro entity or rights holder.
